1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, traveling is a passion of mine, and I would love the opportunity to travel with you and capture beautiful memories.

Traveling with you will require further travel expenses, which will be customized to the time frame and location.

2. how early in advance should i book my session?

Early is NEVER too early, booking in advance ensures we can deliver your vision eloquently, just as you envision. However, never hesitate to reach out to me on the same day, or even a couple hours in advance, as you never know what could be up my sleeve. I look so forward to working with you!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens! Here at Ellyson East Images, we understand this thoroughly, as this situation applies to us as well, however we do require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours, your deposit will happily transfer to your new session. Cancellations failed to be made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Unavoidable circumstances occur, so in that situation, we will work closely together to choose a new date and reserve the same beautiful vision.

I value your time and trust deeply, and I strive to make every part of your experience - even the unexpected - as smooth and stress free as possible.

4. When will i recieve my images?

Images will be delivered via a digital gallery within 14-21 days. Every image is carefully edited with significant attention to detail. I am not the photographer who applies a preset to an entire gallery, I enjoy hand crafting memories to cherish for my clients. This process takes time, as I work a full time RN job, and have a family at home. However, I am always excited to deliver galleries to my clients, so a shorter turn around time may occur.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
